The yard on board. Long after handover.
A white-label digital platform built to follow every boat through her whole working life, keeping the relationship between yard and owner alive through whichever services the yard decides to offer.
The client relationship shouldn't stop at launch
After handover, the relationship often passes to dealers or outside service partners. Yet the yard holds the deepest knowledge of the boat: her technical spec, her systems, her documentation and her service history. Digital Vessel turns that know-how into an ongoing asset, building a direct digital channel the yard controls for the life of the boat.

One boat, one Digital Twin, one app

The Digital Twin
Brings data from systems, engines, batteries, tanks and sensors together in one consistent environment, cross-referenced against events, faults and service history. The yard and authorised technicians have an up-to-date picture of the boat's condition.
One joined-up experience
Position, engine hours, levels, temperatures and alarms all come together in a single app. Where the architecture allows, remote-control functions can be enabled too.
Passage planning and weather routing
Bringing together chart data, weather, tides and currents lets the system suggest routes suited to the conditions and the chosen parameters. The judgement and the final decision stay with the skipper.
Continuous monitoring, offline too
Critical events (access, bilge pump activation, voltage drops) trigger targeted alerts. The system keeps logging data locally even with no connection, and syncs as soon as the network, mobile or satellite, is back.

Getting ahead of the problem: the value of operating data
Knowing the boat's condition isn't enough. The aim is to step in before the client ever has to raise a service request.
Data-led maintenance
Analysing historical consumption, temperatures and pressures picks out unusual trends. Maintenance becomes proactive, setting real usage data alongside the manufacturer's guidance.
The technician arrives already briefed
When something flags up, the service team gets the full picture: diagnostics, readings and position. The job is targeted, and the technician comes aboard with the likely parts already identified.
A smart assistant
An AI trained on the specific context of the boat helps the skipper look up documentation, make sense of an alarm or work through the checklist for a safety procedure, without making decisions on its own.
One archive
Ship's papers, insurance policies and certificates, the owner's manual, manuals for the equipment fitted, system diagrams and job sheets are always to hand from the boat's digital profile, with role-based access.
The client sees the yard's brand. Digital Vessel's technology does the rest.
Digital Vessel is a system built to work in the background. Logo, colours, naming and interface reflect the yard's identity and nobody else's. The platform manages permissions dynamically: authorised dealers and service centres reach only the boats within their remit, while the yard keeps visibility across the whole scope and, within the limits agreed with the owner, into the detail of each boat.
A service model that scales
The platform supports a modular after-sales offer, well suited to building new lines of recurring revenue, to be shaped case by case:
- Connected BoatRemote monitoring and core security.
- Smart CareScheduled maintenance backed by real usage data.
- Remote AssistanceRemote diagnostics and technical support.
- Premium CareAdvanced services and ongoing priority support.
- Digital OwnershipFull management of the digital relationship between yard, dealer and owner.
The architecture fits both new lines in production and retrofit work, without needing to replace the existing electronics.
Where we are, straight up
- todayThe system is fitted to three real boats and has been logging data underway since summer 2026.
- todayFirst two commercial installations under way since July 2026.
- in developmentSoftware platform evolving, dedicated hardware in design.
- comingNew installations depend on agreements with partner yards.
Yards that come aboard at this stage become strategic partners: they help set the priority features on the development roadmap, shape how the system fits their range, and design the client experience.
